The students will watch a video that was created by the teacher, which uses students from the school. The video will show one way a student is bullied. Then there will be a large groups discussion about what they saw in the video and they will define bullying. We will discuss feelings and other forms of bullying. The teacher will lead the discussion into what you can do if someone is being bullied or if you are being bullied. All the students ideas will be listed on the board. Next the teacher will break the students into small groups and give each group a different picture prompt (still pictures of student being bullied using actual students from the school). There will be scenarios attached to each photo. The students will be prompted to answer a few questions and respond to the photo and scenario. The teacher will wrap up the lesson by showing the video again and showing how the students should respond. Lastly the teacher will explain the activities that the students will need to complete.
